Information you give us. If you submit a business listing, send a message through the contact form, or report a correction, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your message or listing submission.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we record standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is used in aggregate to understand how the directory is used and to keep it working.
Cookies. We use cookies necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, analytics cookies that help us understand which categories and listings people find useful. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the site to operate normally.
We use personal information only to operate and improve the directory. The site runs on third-party infrastructure, including our website platform and, where enabled, analytics and email delivery services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations and may store it outside Indonesia. We share only what is necessary for them to provide their service.
We keep enquiry and submission correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and maintain a record of listing provenance. Technical and analytics logs are retained for a limited period and then discarded or aggregated.
