SOS Medika Klinik Cipete is the flagship Jakarta clinic of International SOS, the medical and travel-security company whose Indonesian arm (PT Asih Eka Abadi) has looked after expatriates and corporate assignees since 1984. It was the first clinic in Indonesia to offer round-the-clock direct access to a full clinical team, and it remains open 24 hours a day, including public holidays, from its compound on Jalan Puri Sakti in Cipete Selatan, just off Jalan Antasari.

More than 100 staff work on site, including family physicians, visiting specialists, nurses, laboratory and imaging technicians and dental assistants. Services cover general practice, emergency care and stabilisation, ambulance transfer and medical evacuation, obstetrics, paediatrics, dermatology, cardiology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, ENT, psychiatry and dentistry, alongside travel medicine and vaccinations, occupational health screening, minor surgery, X-ray and ultrasound, a clinical laboratory, an in-house pharmacy, teleconsultations and home, office or hotel visits.

Languages spoken at the clinic include English, Chinese, Japanese, Dutch and Indonesian, which makes it one of the easiest places in the city for a newly arrived foreigner to be seen without a translator. International SOS also runs a 24-hour Jakarta Assistance Centre for members.
