Mentari Intercultural School Jakarta

Mentari Intercultural School (MIS) has been teaching in Jakarta for more than 27 years, and MIS Jakarta is the group's original city campus, on Jl. H. Jian in Cipete Utara, Kebayoran Baru. The elementary and high school sections share the same address within a large, inter-connected urban campus, a short drive from Kemang, Cipete and the Fatmawati corridor.

MIS Jakarta is a full IB World School, offering the IB Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme. Each is taught alongside the Indonesian national curriculum, and the school is SPK-accredited (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama), the licence that allows a school to run international programmes and enrol foreign students. The school also has its own university counselling programme.

MIS runs two further campuses: MIS Bintaro in Pondok Aren, which pairs Cambridge with the IB Diploma, and MIS Grand Surya in Kalideres, West Jakarta, which follows Cambridge IGCSE and A Level. A separate Mentari Preschool operates on Jl. Lamandau in Kebayoran Baru. MIS suits families who want an IB education in a mixed Indonesian and international community, with fees and admissions available from the school on request.
