Phone, SIM and app set-up is also offered so you can get around from day one.

For residents, a monthly plan takes on the admin, bookings and errands that take far longer in a city of this size, along with healthcare navigation, dining and venue bookings, and discreet travel arrangements for high-profile clients. Companies can open a corporate account to look after visiting staff and new hires, including airport meet and assist and private drivers.

Requests start with a short message giving dates and what you need; the team replies with options and a single price, usually within a few hours during the day. Third-party costs such as cars, tickets and fees are passed on at cost, with the concierge fee shown separately. The service covers Greater Jakarta, including the airport, South and Central Jakarta, Tangerang and BSD, and is open Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 20:00 WIB.
