MEDIVET Groovy Vetcare Clinic operates from Ruko Galeri Niaga on Jalan Haji Nawi Raya in Gandaria Selatan, Cilandak, South Jakarta. It is a full-service small animal practice covering routine consultations and vaccination through to soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, in-house laboratory work and inpatient hospitalisation.

The clinic also runs a physiotherapy and rehabilitation service, which is unusual in Jakarta and useful for post-operative orthopaedic cases and older dogs, and it treats exotic pets as well as cats and dogs. An on-site pharmacy means most prescriptions can be filled during the visit.

Opening hours are 09:00 to 19:30 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 15:30 on Sundays and public holidays, with a separate after-hours emergency line. The practice maintains a full English-language version of its website and is widely used by expatriate pet owners in Cilandak, Pondok Indah and Kemang. Appointments are best made by WhatsApp.
